Products
"Flori din Noi" products are made from natural flowers, being unique and ephemeral.
There may be slight differences compared to the images presented, due to seasonality and the nature of the materials.
We reserve the right to replace certain flowers with similar variants in appearance and value, in case of unavailability.
Orders
Orders are placed online.
After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse orders in exceptional situations (incomplete data, impossibility of delivery, technical errors).
Prices and payment
All prices are expressed in lei and:
•    include VAT / do not include VAT (will be filled in correctly depending on the company's situation)
Payment can be made online or cash on delivery, according to the available options.
In case of price display errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and inform the customer.
Delivery
Delivery is made within a maximum of 5 working days from order confirmation, unless otherwise specified.
Delivery is made by courier or in person, depending on the location.
The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery data.
In case of delivery to another person (recipient), the responsibility for the data rests with the customer.
If the recipient cannot be contacted or is not available, delivery may be rescheduled.
Transfer of risk
Responsibility for the products transfers to the customer or recipient at the time of delivery.
Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee perfect identity between the delivered product and the images on the website, due to the nature of the products.
We are not responsible for:
•    delays caused by the courier
•    extreme weather conditions
•    force majeure situations
Force majeure
We are not liable for non-performance of obligations in cases of force majeure (unpredictable events, severe weather conditions, etc.).

Disputes
Any disputes will be resolved amicably or by the competent courts in Romania.
