•        Executarea contractului (art. 6 alin. 1 lit. b GDPR): procesarea comenzilor, livrarea produselor, emiterea facturilor, gestionarea retururilor.

•        Obligatie legala (art. 6 alin. 1 lit. c GDPR): respectarea obligatiilor fiscale si contabile (pastrarea facturilor, raportari catre ANAF).

Unii dintre partenerii nostri (Shopify, Stripe) pot procesa datele dumneavoastra in afara Spatiului Economic European (SEE). Aceste transferuri se realizeaza cu garantii adecvate, inclusiv Clauze Contractuale Standard aprobate de Comisia Europeana, asigurand un nivel echivalent de protectie.

6. Durata pastrarii datelor

•        Date aferente comenzilor si facturilor: 10 ani (obligatie legala fiscala).

•        Date de cont: pe durata existentei contului si inca 2 ani dupa inchiderea acestuia.

•        Date de marketing: pana la retragerea consimtamantului sau cererea de stergere.

7. Drepturile dumneavoastra

In conformitate cu GDPR, aveti urmatoarele drepturi:

9. Securitatea datelor

Implementam masuri tehnice si organizatorice adecvate pentru protejarea datelor dumneavoastra impotriva accesului neautorizat, pierderii sau distrugerii. Platile online sunt procesate prin Stripe, o platforma certificata PCI DSS. Cu toate acestea, nicio metoda de transmitere pe internet nu este 100% sigura.

10. Modificari ale Politicii de Confidentialitate
